Dealer - Inventory & Product Export Guide
This guide covers how to log in to the Slingshot B2B portal, open the product catalog, and export it in a format ready to import into your own Shopify store.
1. Log in
Go to the Slingshot B2B website and log in with your Slingshot B2B Shopify account. This is a standard Shopify customer login that has been granted B2B access.
Once you log in, the standard Shopify account page is replaced by your B2B Dashboard (the "Welcome Back" screen). If you see the normal Shopify account page instead, your account does not have B2B access yet — contact your Slingshot rep.
2. Open the catalog
From the B2B Dashboard you have two ways to reach the catalog:
- Click Place Order in the top menu, then Search Catalog, or
- Use the Place Order quick link tile at the bottom ("Search B2B Catalog").
This opens the B2B Order Form, a full catalog view of every product available to your account.
3. Find products in the catalog
The catalog view gives you:
- A search bar to search by SKU, UPC, or Product Name.
- Filters down the left side for Availability (in stock), Price (your price), Sport, and Ability.
- Per-product columns showing Retail Price, Your Price (your dealer pricing), Discount %, and Available stock.
You can also place orders directly here by setting quantities and adding to cart, but the section below is specifically about exporting.
4. Export the catalog to your own store
At the top of the order form there is an export panel with three controls:
- Upload CSV Order File — upload a completed order as a CSV.
- Download CSV Template — get a blank order template.
- Export Products (Shopify CSV) — this is the one you want.
Click Export Products (Shopify CSV). This downloads the catalog as a CSV formatted to Shopify's product import structure, so you can load Slingshot products straight into your own Shopify store without rebuilding each listing by hand.
5. Import into your Shopify store
- In your own Shopify admin, go to Products.
- Click Import.
- Upload the CSV you exported in step 4.
- Review the preview, then confirm the import.
Shopify will create the products from the file. Review pricing, images, and inventory after import and adjust to match your store's setup before publishing.
Notes
- The export reflects the products and pricing tied to your B2B account, so what you get is specific to your dealer pricing and access.
- Re-run the export whenever you need current pricing or product availability; it is a snapshot at the time you export, not a live feed.
- If a button does not appear or the dashboard looks wrong, confirm you are logged in with the correct B2B account (the orange banner should read "You are logged in as a B2B customer").
