FOILING
They say you never forget your first time. And that definitely holds true for wake foiling. Once you get a taste of wake foiling’s freedom and efficiency… well, there’s no going back. We have designed and built entire lines of products fully dedicated to maximizing your wake foiling glide, including these three gems here: the Hover Glide FWake Foil Package, WF-1 Board, and the E 866 Lower Foil Package.
The FWake package is the perfect choice for first time foilers looking to take their boating experience to new heights. The FWake is part of Slingshot's signature Hover Glide foil platform, built with an aluminum structure and outfitted with carbon wings, creating the perfect balance of performance and price. The FWake foil comes with a 61cm mast - the ideal ride height when learning to foil. The FWake package is an excellent ride both with the handle in hand and also when it comes to surfing 1-3 boat wakes back, (depending on wave height) thanks to the Gamma 68 cm front wing which offers plenty of stability, performance, and lift for those just entering the sport.
The WF-1 is our top-of-the-line wake-foil board for advanced and expert foilers. Built using our premium XR carbon-reinforced surf construction, the WF-1 is the lightest wake-foil board we've ever produced. The board has also been streamlined down to a 4'2" length at 20-inches wide at the belly, eliminating unnecessary material and swing weight, which maximizes the overall efficiency and performance of your foil setup. With carbon reinforcements throughout the tail and foil track, the stiffness of the WF-1 makes for an immediate transfer of energy between the board and the foil, eliminating wasted energy and maximizing your foiling progression.
The E 866/710 Lower Package includes a carbon-fiber E 866 front wing, 710 mm fuse, and carbon-fiber 400 mm rear stabilizer, creating an exceptional package for anyone looking to progress in surf, SUP, wing, and wake. The smallest of our three sizes of medium-aspect, carbon-fiber E Series front wings, the E 866 has a wide chord center profile that tapers to narrower wingtips, getting you up onto foil early while retaining great pumpability and glide.
